The University's Student Support Fund service administers a Hardship Fund (formerly known as Access to Learning Fund).
The University Hardship Fund (UHF) can provide financial help to students who successfully demonstrate financial hardship according to the eligibility criteria of the fund during their studies.
The primary purpose of the University Hardship Fund (UHF) is to relieve financial hardship, for Home (UK resident) students, that might impact on their participation in Higher Education. It is typically used to assist with particular costs not covered by standard sources of funding, those in financial hardship and to help deal with unexpected crisis.
