Student Ambassadors

Who better to talk to prospective students about the University of Sunderland in London than our current students?

Student Ambassadors are the face of the University, working with us at open days, graduations, inductions and more.

You'll gain invaluable experience and skills that will put you ahead of the competition when you graduate.

Event ambassadors

Events Ambassadors support a wide variety of events, and positively promote the university and the student experience to potential students and other contacts.

You will play an important role in the planning and organising of student events and activities, and you will gain a great experience and organisational skills that will help you in your future career.

Digital Coaches

Digital Coaches are a team of our current students who work on projects around the use of technology for teaching and learning, and provide on-spot first level digital support to students across our campus.

Digital Coaches work to positively promote and enhance the student digital experience.

You will gain excellent communication skills, and work closely with the digital learning team, which will help any of the many career paths you wish to pursue.

Career coaches will support all our students and alumni in accessing and exploring all the opportunities we offer to enhance students’ skills for work and their career development.

Career coaches will gain excellent skills in coaching and mentoring, as well  as career planning – a great opportunity for anyone especially those interested in working areas such as HR and organisational development.

Graduate Internships

University of Sunderland in London graduates can apply to one of our many internships available throughout the year.  

You will provide a dedicated, professional, and student-focused support to enhance the student experience.  

Internships available in:

Careers Services

This role will equip you in office working and multiple skillsets such as organizational skills, multitasking, working under pressure, and data management. 

Events

This role will allow you to gain insights into events planning and equip you in practical experience of executing successful events. 

Student Administration

This role will help you gain insights into student administration duties in Higher Education, where you will work closely with Academic staff across different faculties. 

Marketing

This role will help you gain knowledge in current marketing trends in Higher Education, and will help enrich your experience in the field.
