With a focus on innovative teaching, this BA (Hons) Business and Management course is taught using problem-based learning where you'll work in a small team to explore issues and solutions in real-world business examples.
Classroom lectures are combined with seminars, debates and tutorials to give you a well-rounded experience. You'll also go on company visits, hear from guest speakers and learn using cutting-edge e-learning technologies.
You'll be marked on coursework, case studies, business simulations, reports, essays, tests and timed assessments.
Please note: After Year 1, if you decide that you would prefer your studies to be more specialised, it’s possible to transfer to other business-related courses such as Business and Financial Management or Business and Marketing Management.

The BA (Hons) Business and Management course gets you ready for leadership roles after graduation, teaching you the skills and knowledge to succeed in any area of business. You learn how to make a business successful, manage operations, make informed decisions and be a change leader.
You'll be able to apply for roles in business analysis, account management, sales, marketing and more. Our graduates have gone on to work with major companies like Transport for London, Primark, Pancontinental Logistics and much more.
Our guest speaker programme introduces you to business leaders who are in the roles that you might one day have yourselves. They can help you connect what you're learning in the classroom with real-world experiences to prepare you to not only succeed at University but in life too.
