I am fascinated by the philosophical foundations of management, the study of human action (praxeology), and the ways to foster creativity in business settings. In my research, I explore how these topics are interrelated and how they can inform and improve managerial practice. I aim to contribute to the development of a praxeological approach to management that is grounded in sound reasoning, ethical principles, and empirical evidence.
