Sister Mary Owino

My academic career spans ten years, including lectureships at Birkbeck University and Canterbury Christchurch University, before joining the University of Sunderland in London to teach courses on business to undergraduate students. I hold a postgraduate diploma in Business and Management and an MBA in Human Resource Management. I also hold a Master of Research in which I explored the role of leadership in facilitating organisational values in non-profit organisations. Additionally, I received my postgraduate certificate in Education from University College London. I satisfy my fascination with research through the supervision of undergraduate dissertations and I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
