You'll have access to fully equipped mock hospital ward at the Harbour Exchange Campus on the first floor, designed to reflect real clinical environments. These include general wards with bedrooms and interactive manikins, where you can practise skills like CPR.

One of the ways we bring learning to life in Nursing is through the use of advanced simulation manikins. These help you build confidence and develop clinical skills in a realistic but safe environment.

Our range includes high-fidelity manikins including anatomically realistic SimBodies and lower-fidelity models.

Within the Simulation ward, you’ll find a unique immersive simulation room designed to help you practise a wide range of clinical scenarios in a safe, supportive environment. It’s a great way to build your skills and get instant feedback from staff and peers.

While one group takes part in the scenario, others can observe via a glass panel in a classroom, making it easy to review and reflect – helping you grow in confidence and ability.
