Course summary

Develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to progress into leadership and management roles within engineering and technology-driven organisations. The programme combines engineering management, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and sustainability, preparing you to address the opportunities and challenges facing modern industries.

You will explore key areas including strategic leadership, operations and supply chain management, financial decision-making, project delivery and organisational change. You will also learn how AI, data analytics and digital technologies can be used to improve performance, support decision-making and drive innovation across engineering environments.

How you'll learn

You will learn through a combination of lectures, seminars, workshops, case studies, simulations and independent study, allowing you to connect academic theory with real-world engineering management practice. Equivalent professional qualifications
