If you're from any country in the European Union or European Economic Area, or if you're from Switzerland, you don't need permission to work in the UK.
You have all the same employment rights as UK nationals.
Please note: Some work restrictions apply if you're from Bulgaria or Romania.
If you're on a short-term study visa you can't work in the UK.
Check your BRP and make sure all conditions you have been given, including working rights, are right.
If you think there's been a mistake on your BRP you'll need to report it online by following the instructions on the government website.
