How to apply

We can help you with the university application process, depending on what you want to study and where you’re applying from. 

 

UK domiciled students

Applying for an undergraduate degree

As a UK domiciled student applying to study for a full-time undergraduate degree, you need to apply through the Universities Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS)

 

Applying for a postgraduate degree

The application for postgraduate degrees is slightly different. You need to apply directly to us through the application links on each course page. Look for the 'apply now’ link at the top of each course page.

Applying through a recruitment partner or educational agent

We work with a number of recruitment partners and educational agents in the UK who offer a range of support for potential students to help them on their journey to a university.

 



International students

You can find application links on each of the course pages in the ‘contact and apply’ section.

When you are ready to make your application, there are three ways of applying. Choose the option which is the most convenient for you:

Option 1: Apply online

To apply to the University of Sunderland in London directly, find the course you’re interested in. You will see a link to apply on the course page.

Option 2: UCAS – undergraduate only

International and UK students apply for undergraduate courses in the same way – through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) website.

The UCAS institution code for the University is S84.

Option 3: The University's overseas offices

If you would like to apply for a course, you can contact one of our overseas offices to start the application process.

Our overseas staff are able to answer any questions you may have about studying in the United Kingdom. Contact one of our offices abroad to begin your application.
