The Gateway is your first stop for most student support services at the University of Sunderland in London. The friendly and approachable Gateway team can help you with all your student enquiries, including financial advice, welfare, visa issues and accommodation.
You can find the Gateway on the fourth floor of the University of Sunderland in London. If you're not yet a student at the University, speak to the reception desk as you enter the building and they will issue you a pass and direct you. Help and advice is available as a drop-in service so no appointment is necessary.
The Gateway is open from:
- Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
