The Gateway

The Gateway offers advice and information on any aspect of life at the University. They help with anything from financial advice and welfare to visa issues and accommodation.

COVID-19 Guidance

As of Tuesday 13th April 2021, you can visit the campus to use some of our services. 

To do this, you will need to book an appointment through Compass or call us on 020 7531 7333. 

All of our services can also be accessed via telephone, email, Teams, Compass and Canvas. Our core services are available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note: Due to government restrictions, classes will continue to be taught online only.

Gateway drop-in

The Gateway is located on the fourth floor of the University of Sunderland in London. When you first arrive, speak to reception who will give you a visitor pass and direct you. Help and advice are available on a drop-in basis.
