The Gateway

The Gateway offers advice and information on any aspect of life at the University. They help with anything from financial advice and welfare to visa issues and accommodation.

COVID-19 Guidance

Gateway drop-in

You can find The Gateway on the fourth floor of the University's Marsh Wall building. Ask for The Gateway at Reception when you first arrive. The team will give you advice on the support you need.

The Gateway is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

You can also raise a ticket on our Compass app. The team will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

The Gateway for international students

The Gateway offers our international students help and advice on visa issues. You can book an appointment with The Gateway to talk about your visa options using the details below. Alternatively, you can refer to our International help and advice section to get an overview of what is available.
