If the last year has taught us anything, it’s that we all need to look after ourselves.
Talbott Recovery presents a monthly hour of education around the different components of health and wellbeing including social and emotional health.
This session will be focused on improving our physical health, looking at the role nutrition and exercise play in keeping our bodies in top shape.
