Head of Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions
Originally from Croatia, Jelena has lived and worked overseas and in London before joining the University in 2014.
She has held several positions in recruitment and admissions at the University of Sunderland in London, before being appointed the Head of Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions in 2019.
In her current role, Jelena is leading on the strategic direction, management and growth of marketing, student recruitment and admissions activities at the University.
She has an undergraduate degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Sunderland, and a postgraduate certificate in Higher Education Administration, Management and Leadership from the University of Nottingham.
Additionally, Jelena has achieved a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, where she holds the Chartered Marketer status.
