What happens when I apply?

Home / FAQs / International students / Applications and offers / What happens when I apply?

When you send your undergraduate application to UCAS, it will be passed on to our Admissions department.

UCAS will send you a UCAS ID number, which you can use to track your application on the UCAS website.

The University of Sunderland in London will decide whether or not to offer you a place.

If we do offer you a place, you'll be sent a conditional offer. You'll need to meet the conditions in the offer to change this to an unconditional offer. To get a Student Visa, you need an unconditional offer.

As an international student, you'll also need to complete an immigration history form during the application process. By filling in the online form and clicking 'submit' at the end, your immigration history information will be sent to our Admissions team.
