Lecturer in Postgraduate Business Alessandro Ferrazza

The Student Nominated Teaching Awards (SNTA) are voted for exclusively by University of Sunderland and University of Sunderland in London students.

They recognise those academics who have inspired, supported and engaged our students during their studies.

This year, our Business Lecturer Alessandro Ferrazza won Most Digitally Innovative Teacher Award for 2022.

Alessandro said, “I’m humbled and truly grateful to be the recipient for this award. That said, achievements are nurtured with the cooperation of many minds with a common vision, working towards a common goal.

"This award would not be attainable without the support of a wider community, starting with the PG Business Team, to the Digital Learning Team, as well as Digital Coaches, supporting students and academics, in achieving more engaging integration of digitalisation."

"I truly hope to continue supporting our wider community and making a positive impact, encouraging discovery and curiosity, and stimulating learning and teaching."
