If you are a looked after young person or care leaver under 25 and a UK full-time undergraduate student then you could be eligible for the We Care Scholarship of £2,000 for each year of your course with the University of Sunderland in London.

The Scholarship is paid in four instalments of £500 throughout the year and will continue each year you're with us (based on progression to the next level of study).

Your status as a looked after young person or care leaver will be kept confidential. You apply for the scholarship directly to the University of Sunderland's We Care Team, not through the online application form. The team will send you details of how to apply close to the start of term, but you can apply at any point in the year. Get in touch with the We Care Team at care.sunderland.ac.ukor call 0191 515 2216.
