You'll explore how to anticipate and adapt to the future in an increasingly complex, digitally connected world, equipping yourself with the tools to lead with vision and resilience.
You’ll also take part in a problem-based learning exercise where in groups you will solve a business issue and present it back.
International Marketing (30 credits)
Examine the strategies and decisions international marketers employ to thrive in global markets. Explore the creation and evolution of market-responsive programmes. Deepen your understanding of global marketing, encompassing the sale and distribution of products and services across diverse countries worldwide.
You’ll also take part in a business simulation project where you will be given access to software to create your own brand and market it across the world. You’ll develop marketing strategies as you build your business and compete your classmates.
International Business in Context (30 credits)
Delve into globalisation and the digital revolution, uncovering the unique opportunities and challenges of conducting business on an international scale. You’ll evaluate and craft innovative, sustainable strategies to tackle both current and emerging global business issues. Additionally, you'll critically analyse leadership and management approaches within a strategic international context, honing your skills in managing diverse stakeholders and building digital business competencies.
International Business Management Research Project (60 credits)
You will develop an in-depth analytical, evaluative, digital and independent piece of work on an international business management topic of your choosing.
OPTIONAL MODULES:
Financial Decision-Making in a Multinational Corporation (30 credits)
Develop specialised skills in financial information analysis, focusing on the essential financial management practices and techniques crucial for leading global firms.
HRM in an International and Digital Context (30 credits)
Explores the wider global environment, the influence of culture, institutional factors, demographics, immigration, and ethics, and the complexities of managing international human resources people in the global and digital world.
