All of our research must be conducted in accordance with:

  • The University's Research Ethics Principles
  • The University’s Professional Codes of Practice
  • The law

All research from the University also has to be reviewed by the Research Ethics Group (REG) unless it can be self-certified by the Principal Investigator.

Research that involves human participants and personal data is subject to appropriate ethical review.

This policy is the responsibility of the University Research Ethics Group (UREG), along with any developments to the ethical review process.
