Personal Academic Tutor (PAT)

I am a Personal Academic Tutor (PAT) for the Postgraduate & Master Students in Business and Management and MSc International Business Management at the University of Sunderland in London. I hold an MSc in International Business Management and a BA in Business Management from the University of Sunderland in London. I also hold a BA degree in Science and Biology from Ricardo Palma University in Lima.

I have over 20 years of teaching and management experience developed during roles in the education and consultancy industries, at different levels. During this time I had the opportunity to support students in their application for projects like CREST Awards from the British Science Association, and support charities that organise Dragon’s Den activities As I am passionate about sustainability, I organize different activities with students and people from different sectors to raise awareness and protect the planet, and I have participated in conferences about sustainability in the business construction sectors, working with various UK organisations and universities.

Research

  • My main research interests revolve around the three pillars of sustainability: people, profits, and the environment in the business sector.

Publications:
  • I am a contributor for the Imagen and Communication business magazine, writing articles on the effects of various business practices in the construction sector and the environment.
