Senior Lecturer (Academic Development Employability and Work Placements)

I am a lecturer at the faculty of Business and Law in the University of Sunderland in London and have nine years experience in teaching and developing CMI, CIPD BA and MBA courses after receiving my MBA in Innovative Management from Coventry University. Currently, I teach Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses on Developing Business Skills and Human Resources. I am also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Member of Charted Management Institute.

I have taught courses on management for the past nine years, including on Human Resource Management, Leadership and Change Management, Strategic Management and Marketing.



Teaching and supervision

Research

I am currently researching a variety of topics including Human Resource Management, Leadership and Management, Business Development and Innovation and Creativity.

Outside of my academic work, I am a motivational and youth speaker where I speak on Personal, Professional and Career development seminars. I am also a Life Coach and Business Advisor.

I received my Postgraduate in Teaching and learning from the University of Cumbria, and a Pastoral certificate from Ghana Christian University.

In 2020, I completed the Advance: HE course for External Examiners.
