Claudia Panuta

Hello, I’m Claudia, and my role is to support top-up students in the Tourism and Hospitality program, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full academic potential.

Having worked in Higher Education for three years, I have served as a Digital Coach and Student Success Tutor, gaining valuable experience in guiding students effectively through their academic pathways.

With five years of experience in the hospitality industry, my journey in this field began when I moved to London, where I developed a strong passion for the sector. This hands-on experience inspired me to pursue my studies further, and I am proud to have graduated from the University of Sunderland in London, where I completed both a BSc in International Tourism and Hospitality Management and an MSc in Tourism and Hospitality.

In addition to my studies in Tourism and Hospitality, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages (French and English) with a pedagogical focus, earned in Moldova, as well as a Master's degree in Multilingual Communication, Intercultural Management, and Business Language. I am deeply passionate about education and committed to supporting students throughout their academic journeys. My role is to provide guidance, encouragement and assistance, while also celebrating every achievement along the way.
