With over 15 years in the global Tourism and Hospitality Industry, I have demonstrated a history of Sales Management, Tour Operations, and Customer Satisfaction. As an experienced Tourism and Hospitality Lecturer in various Higher Education capacities, as well as Further Education, my specialisms include Sustainable Tourism Development, Responsible Tourism and Hospitality Management. Locally, I am a parish councillor where I look after local planning processes. I hold accreditation as a Microsoft Certified Educator, where I coach academics and students in the use of digital learning technologies and how this can enhance their education and professional development.
