Lecturer (Undergraduate Business)

I am a lecturer at the University of Sunderland in London, teaching on the BA (Hons) Business (Top-Up) course. Over the past ten years, I have taught at several Higher Education institutions, supervising at the Undergraduate, Postgraduate and professional levels. I’ve also taught Operations Management on apprentice programmes and have been the programme lead for a number of degree programmes.

Research

My research interest is on sustainability reporting and corporate governance in developing countries.

Accounting and Finance

I hold an MBA Finance from the University of Wales and am currently working on a PhD in Accounting with Southampton University.

I’m also part-qualified with the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

In addition, I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Member of CMI (Certified Management Institute) and an Associate Member of the CBME.
