Research

My current research interests are around the factors which lead to entrepreneurial success for women in the UK and Nigeria.

I’ve taken this interest further, looking at modelling what makes a successful entrepreneur as well as the challenges and solutions behind becoming your own boss.

I also work in the fields of social science research methodology in addition to teaching and learning in higher education environments.
I hold a doctorate in Business Administration from the University of West Scotland.

I also have an MBA from the University of Sunderland, and MSc Management from BPP University, London and a PgCert in Academic Practice.
In addition to my academic qualifications, I am a Chartered Managers and Fellow of Advance HE.
