Lecturer (Extended)

I have over 30 years of experience working in academia and industry in Ghana, Kenya, Cameroon and Canada, and have been lecturing on economics, management and policy in the UK since 2004. I have also worked on various projects on policy, community cohesion and engagement with various local authorities in Greater London.

Research

My interests are focused around policy management, organisational learning and poverty alleviation. My most recent research project was on cognitive dissonance and policy management in public institutions.
