I am a lecturer in Public Health on the MSc in Nursing and Public Health teaching on the Applied Public Health Practice, Dissertation and Sociological Perspectives and Global Health modules. I have a BSc in Human Biology, a PhD in Medical Microbiology and am a UK registered pharmacist (MPharm). I recently completed an MSc in Global Health (with Distinction) and have worked in both community and hospital pharmacy, as well as previously holding academic positions in Pharmacy at the Universities of Hertfordshire, Reading and Sussex. My research interests include antibiotic resistance, the use of antibiotics and medical/health education.

My expertise lies in the field of Global Health and Medical Microbiology as well as medical education.

I am also a UK registered pharmacist (MRPharmS).

In my career, I’ve worked in both community and hospital pharmacies and held academic positions in pharmacy at the Universities of Hertfordshire, Reading and Sussex.
